Seems to be the more experimental of the two. It's worth getting for the awesome Misantronics song (mixing dark jazz, lots of delay and electronica) and the one by Lowering alone. We don't talk about the first song. tr_🇺🇦
Vibrant, playful jazz in the chordless tradition from this new Australian quartet, who embrace both freedom and swing. Bandcamp New & Notable Feb 9, 2021
A vibrant and uplifting jazz record full of interaction and improvisation though created entirely remotely during lockdown. Bandcamp New & Notable Feb 4, 2021
Hardly any vocals this time. Lowering is killing it yet again. Some standout tracks in an excellent compilation of two hours:
Shadowed silhouette: soothing
Joel Fausto: sepulchral choirs
Them teeth (1st track): a bit noisy, tribal drums
Deathtrip: heaviest track, brain melting guitar
Black House: most electronic track
Music of the devil: spooky and apocalyptic. That siren, a fitting end tr_🇺🇦
