This is a story about an ordinary god. A god who works as a woodcutter and tries to create in his spare time. He tries to create a life out of the boards, and he succeeds. Wooden figures brighten up the loneliness of the creator until he gives them intellect. They lose control, start demanding a lot, and want to destroy the creator. Therefore, the creator has to destroy them and leave his home planet in search of a new home where he can create a new life, realizing all the mistakes. The surviving figures ask for forgiveness, but they are not destined to hear an answer.
